Description
Revised golf cottage rules cap units at 600 sq ft, limit two attached cottages, ban restaurants/spas/subdivision/residency, and tie cottages to TDR redemption (1,200 sq ft per credit, max 9 credits per course). A new proposal would rezone The Rock, Cherry Creek, the Woods at Cherry Creek, and Long Island National to RA-80 so all standard courses can participate. Another public hearing round is coming.
