A Northern Parkway resident laid out four concerns about the dermatology office: no updated certificate of occupancy, insufficient parking (8 spaces vs. 12 required), fire-code access problems, and a never-built ADA ramp from the 1993 site plan. She said the no-parking rule would just push cars down the block.
